THE MARKETING AGENCY ALTERNATIVE

I'm not a marketing agency.

And for most businesses, that's a good thing.

Firstly, thank you for visiting. Choosing the right person to handle your marketing is a big decision. With so many options - from freelancers to national agencies - it’s all about finding the right fit. That’s why, I wanted to share the journey that led me here, and a bit about who I am.

My marketing career began in 2007 at Enesco. I started as an assistant, but I was eager to move fast. I’ve always been someone who looks for opportunities; while there, I independently sourced an amber jewellery line from Poland and presented the business case to my directors. Its successful launch across the UK and Europe led to my promotion to Marketing Manager, where I spent years managing high-revenue portfolios, including Disney licensed products.

By 2013, my role went global. I began travelling to China twice a year to meet with vendors and oversee production quality, as well as attending major events like the Canton Fair to source new products. I also, worked closely with Disney Headquarters in London and the marketing teams in the US.

In 2015, I joined Lloyd Motor Group, managing the marketing for Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Honda and BMW Motorcycles. It was a high-paced environment that I absolutely loved. I eventually focused specifically on Jaguar and Land Rover, managing substantial budgets and sitting on the national Jaguar Land Rover Forum. During this time, I committed to my professional development by completing my CIM qualification, officially becoming an accredited MCIM in 2020.

In 2025, after returning from maternity leave, I faced the challenge every working parent knows: the "rush." Balancing the needs of a massive automotive group with the needs of my young family made me realise I wanted to work differently. I wanted to take my 20 years of "big brand" experience and offer it directly to businesses who need an expert they can actually talk to.

That’s how Roza Marketing was born.

Beyond the Business

While my career has been built on commercial rigour and high-speed results, my family is my whole world. They are the reason I do what I do.

I’m naturally outgoing, friendly, and very approachable, but above all, I am a woman of my word. Trust is everything to me - when I say I’ll do something, I do it.

I also have a deep passion for continuous growth and wellbeing. I love to learn and evolve, whether that's through exercise or exploring health and nutrition. In early 2025, I completed a government-funded Health & Nutrition course, a personal milestone that reflects my belief in looking after the "whole self."

I bring that same energy, honesty, and thirst for learning to every project I touch. I’m here to be the partner you can trust.

Based in Carlisle. Working Everywhere.
